Aristocratic and magnificent, the Cabernet Sauvignon is the noblest French variety. Traditional and dominant varietal of the great reds of Medoc and Saint Emilion in Bordeaux.
COLOR: red brilliant almost violet ruby, of frank shades, exempt of premature oxidations.
AROMA: alcoholic, dense, round and exquisite: it recalls nuts, hazelnuts and green pepper.
FLAVOR: balanced, smooth, pleasantly tannic, slight herbaceous persistent touch in the palate.
GASTRONOMY
This wine turns out to be the suitable frame to fit pasta with cream sauces, red meats cooked on the oven, pieces of small game and feather: hare, partridge and wild duck. It's an ideal companion of mushrooms and truffles, of nuts and fine cheeses: Brie, Camembert, Roquefort. A great wine for an elegant and formal table or a private meal between friends, who love the exquisite.
To serve it at room temperature approximately at 18º C.
